Do you guarantee that I will get a visa?
No, and nobody honest can promise that: the state makes the decision. What we guarantee is a complete and correct set of documents submitted on time.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the country, the type of document and your situation. Send us your trip details and we will give you an exact price before any work starts. Consular fees are paid separately.
Can I work with you remotely?
Yes. We handle most clients through WhatsApp and Telegram: you send documents, we check them and prepare the application. You only need to appear in person where the consulate requires it.
Some of my documents are missing. What should I do?
Write to us anyway. We will tell you which documents are required, where to get them and what can be replaced. We can start preparing while you collect the rest.
How do you store my documents?
Scans are kept in a protected system, and passport numbers are stored only in encrypted form. Only the staff handling your case can access them. After a case is closed, documents are deleted after a set period.
